Where It Began
Atlas Staffing was founded by Aaron Garcia with a simple goal: to provide high-quality, reliable service that clients can depend on. Built from real, hands-on experience, the company reflects a deep understanding of both agricultural and poultry operations and the demands that come with them.
Our Experience
Before starting Atlas Staffing, Aaron worked in a variety of agricultural roles from a young age, including rock picking, bean walking, and corn walking. That experience gave him firsthand knowledge of what farmers and employers expect when they hire a contractor—hard work, consistency, and results.
In 2021, during the outbreak of Avian Influenza (HPAI), Aaron played a key role in supporting poultry farms during a critical time. Through that experience, he gained valuable insight into the needs of the poultry industry and began building the foundation for Atlas Staffing to become a trusted partner for poultry operations.
